Gore 1901 - Arthur William Charles Wentworth Gore (born January 2, 1868 in Lyndhurst, Hampshire - died 1 December 1928 in Kensington, London) was a male tennis player from Great Britain. He is best known for his two gold medals at the London Olympics in 1908 winning the men's indoor singles and the men's indoor doubles.  He was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2006.<br>Herbert Roper Barrett, KC (born November 24, 1873 in Upton, Essex - died July 27, 1943 in Horsham, Sussex) was a tennis player from Great Britain.  At the London Olympics in 1908 he won a gold medal in the men's indoor doubles event with Arthur Gore. They also won the doubles in Wimbledon in 1909.
