General view as bearded American Ralph Schoenman of Burbank, California, Addresed the anti-nuclear rally in London's Trafalgar Square today, February 18th. The rally signalled the start of the civil disobedience campaign launched by Earl Bertrand Russell, the 88 year old philosopher and one of he organizers of the 'committee of 100' formed last October to protest against the defence of Britain by nuclear weapons.
