0158070 - Arkhangelsk, USSR: This woman motorist in the streets of this city was greatly suprised recently when she was halted by a robot taking the part of a traffic cop. The robot belongs to actor Oleg Sokol who performs with the robot at a local circus. During the circus performance this robot obeys 76 commands. He dances, moves his hands, bows and even tells the time. During the demonstration in the city streets the robot regulated traffic, halted traffic violaters, saw children safely across the road and later on went fishing on the banks of the river.
