This picture, entitled 'Dreams of a Better Life' won the 1968 Pulitzer prize in feature photography for United Press International photographer Toshio Sakai.  It shows an American soldier resting while his buddy keeps watch during a mansoon downpour near Phuc Vinh, South Vietnam in June 1967.  Sakai is 26 years old and comes from Japan.
