Gallery Package - Scouts - 100 Years
Lord Baden-Powell, Chief Scout's Commissioner, presented the Queen's Certificate to Oliver J. N. Ogborn of Birmingham, at Gilwell Park, Essex.  Eight hundred Queen's Scouts received their certificates at a reception held by Lord Rowallan, the Chief Scout.  Certificates were handed to Troop Commissioners by Lord Rowallan.
