Gallery Package - Scouts - 100 Years
Ten German Scout leaders, all from the British Zone of Germany, in company with other Scouts from Dutch East Indies, Sudan, Mauritius, and parts of Britain, are now taking a Scout Wood Bridge Course at Gilwall Park training centre, Chingford, Essex.  Eleven cubmasters, who came with them have finished a Cub Course, and are now scattered in various parts of the country studying our Wolf Club Packs in action.  Photo shows the Scoutmasters  writing their logs of the day in front of headquarters in Gilwell Park after a 12-hour trek through the Essex countryside.  31st August 1948.<br>©TopFoto
