1045832 - Bob-a-job week is the week when Scouts all over the country offer their aervices to raise money for Scout Funda. It ends on Saturday 4th April 1964. The scheme started in 1949 and is the only week in the year that Scouts ask for payment for labour. Usually they carry out their good deeds without thought of reward. Photo shows Scout Colin Scarsi (12) of the 2/13st Kensington Troop, cleaning a window sill in a Kensington Residence as part of his bob-a-job effort for the Scout movement.
