0965753 - The lower ends of ceremonial canes showing the two adversaries of Egypt - the Asian. Tukankhamen, by Christiane Desroches Noblecourt, page 82. The detail on the ceremonial walking staff was found buried with Tutankhamun; it depicts "the two foes," or "the Northern and Southern enemies of Egypt". The Asiatic type shown here is ivory. The other is the African type, which is ebony.
