Germany shortly after a bomb had missed Hitler in his field headquarters 20 July 1944 plans for the Ardennes were already under way according to a German photographer who salvaged this picture from suppressed files. SS cloak and dagger expert Otto Skorzeny (right) wearing every German medal in the book shows his latest assignment to Ribbentrop Air General Loerzer, Goering and Doenitz (left to right) Florian Geyer whose name was taken by Skorzeny's Unit and worn as a designation on the left sleeve was a German warrior of the Middle Ages April 1948
