Horses replaced by water tight machinery
An interesting demonstration took place at Hunstanton on Thursday , when the licensed VIctuallers J Hunstanton lifeboat was launched by one of the Institution 's new specially constructed Motor Tractors . The vital parts of the Tractor ' s machinery are enclosed in watertight boxes ventilated by a series of perpendicular tubes
